Weather
Hot and humid most of the year. Bring water and a hat. June–October rain mostly falls in the afternoon.

Cover shoulders and knees — we lend scarves.
Dietary needs
Tell us when booking — vegetarian, vegan, halal-friendly and nut-free can be arranged on most experiences.
Kids & older guests
Each experience lists ages and walking. If unsure, ask before booking.

Can I cancel?

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start, full refund. Within 24 hours there's no refund, but you can move once if there's space.

What if it rains?

Light rain: we go, umbrellas provided. If it isn't safe (storms, very high water) we move your date or refund in full.

How big are the groups?

6–10 at most depending on the experience — it's on each page. If you're the only guest, we still go.

How do I pay?

Once we confirm space, we send a payment link from our official channel (card or PromptPay in the company name). Never a personal account.

Do you pick up from hotels?

Group experiences meet near public transport; private days can add hotel pick-up.
